We begin with a guided onboarding call to understand your vision, preferences, and any existing assets. You’ll also receive a clear overview of what to expect throughout the build process.

Using the established CAS framework, we clarify your business name if needed, define your brand direction, and ensure your positioning reflects what makes families choose you.

Build & Set-Up Phase
During this phase, the CAS team builds and configures your business and marketing systems, which may include:

Your email nurture sequences, communication tools, and content are finalised, branded, and loaded into the system so they are ready to operate once activated.
