Summer Room Rates

Interns, apprentices participating in SOLAS training programmes, postgraduates or others coming to study, train or work in Athlone over the summer have found Wellmount Student Village to be the ideal place to stay. It’s affordable, safe and friendly with great transport links.

Rooms are available from May to the end of August. Click here if you are looking for room rates for the academic year. Rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Single Room

Single bed–€575 per month incl. all bills

Double Room

Double bed–€595 per month incl. all bills--Single Occupancy

Apartment Rates for Summer 2025

3 Bedroom Apartment

€1,550 per month incl. all bills

4 Bedroom Apartment

€1,995 per month incl. all bills

5 Bedroom Apartment

€2,400 per month incl. all bills

The above pricing is inclusive of all bills, including heating and electricity, water, WiFi, refuse, nightly security patrols and use of basketball & tennis courts.

Payment is due every month, seven days in advance.
Minimum stay--two months

Refundable Security Deposit:

A €500 security deposit per person is refundable at the end of your stay if the apartment is returned in a satisfactory condition. Deductions will be made from this deposit for any damage or breakages, if the room has been smoked in or the apartment is not clean and tidy.
A €1,900 refundable security deposit will be required if you have booked a whole apartment.
