Mini Sleep Session

The Mini Sleep Session is your on-demand sleep solution for children ages five months up to 10 years old. Ideal for general sleep questions or for children who are normally good sleepers, but are experiencing a small sleep struggle like early morning waking or a nap transition.

Essential Package - Gentle Sleep Coaching for Kids
Targeted Age: 5 months to 6 years old
Investment Level: $295
Are you already familiar with the basics of sleep coaching? The Essential package is ideal for those who have successfully done sleep coaching in the past or for those who are not looking for in-depth, on-going support. Additional sleep support for families who are new to sleep coaching or for families who could use more support is available through our Premier and Ultimate gentle sleep coaching packages.

One (1) 60-minute virtual consultation
Personalized, adaptive sleep plan
Summary email with sleep log template
Up to two (2) scheduled 15-minute phone calls to be used within 30 days of the consultation (M-F)
Sleep log review prior to each call
Premier Package - Gentle Sleep Coaching for Kids
Targeted Age: 5 months to 6 years old
Investment Level: $695
If this is your first time sleep coaching or you want a bit more support, the Premier Gentle Sleep Coaching package was made for you. Get in-depth, responsive sleep support with a personalized, adaptive sleep plan that fits your family’s needs.

One (1) 60-minute virtual consultation
Virtual assessment of your child’s sleep space
Personalized, adaptive sleep plan
Summary email with sleep log template
"What's Next" Support Resources
Three (3) weeks of coaching support with unlimited email access during business hours (M-F)
Sleep log review and feedback during the three weeks (M-F)
Up to four (4) scheduled 15-minute phone calls
Ultimate Package - Gentle Sleep Coaching for Kids
Targeted Age: 5 months to 6 years old
Investment Level: $1095
If you want the most comprehensive gentle sleep coaching support, the Ultimate package was made for you. This is ideal for families who want more support or for families who want to work on nights & naps or for children under age three who do not sleep in a crib. There’s a reason why it’s called “Ultimate”.
What’s Included with Ultimate:
Intake Processing
One (1) 60-minute virtual consultation
Virtual assessment of your child’s sleep space
Personalized, adaptive sleep plan
Summary email with sleep log template
"What's Next" Support Resources
Three (3) weeks of coaching support with unlimited email access during business hours (seven days a week)
Sleep log review and feedback during the three weeks (seven days a week)
Up to six (6) scheduled 15-minute phone calls
Text messaging (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
Three (3) months of extended support, which consists of up to one (1) scheduled 20-minute phone call per month as needed for extra support, transitions, etc.
